Terms of Service
By using Shipsmart Market you agree to our fair-use policies: one trial per business, no resale of supplier contact data, and compliance with your sales channel's dropshipping rules. Paid plans bill in advance, renew automatically, and can be cancelled anytime with service continuing to the end of the paid period.
Privacy Policy & Data Addendum
We collect only what's needed to run your store — account details, order data and supplier messages — and never sell personal data. Order data is processed under our Data Processing Addendum with encryption in transit and at rest. You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard.
